Limitless Circuits Free Trail  

Group Classes are for our clients who want a more comfortable setting with familiar faces including friends, family and other Limitless members. 

Classes are structured around a 45 minute trainer led session in a circuit training style including 

cardio, resistance training, functional and core exercises to accommodate each member, whether they want to lose weight, build strength, or simply get a total body workout. 

Expect to see EMOMs, AMRAPs, TABATA, Partner workouts and other training styles programmed into our classes.

Small Group Personal Training  Free Trail  

Small group personal training is aimed at people that want a smaller more private session at an afordable price. These sessions are for 1-4 people.

All sessions are run by Jamie Or Chris, and are geared towards improving your health and wellness. We work with you to reach your goals whether that is fat loss, building muscle or improving your strength and conditioning, we have you covered.
