Limitless Training was founded by Jamie Christlow.
His goal and vision is to make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of every person that trains with us,
by encouraging and inspiring people that wouldn't normally exercise to start to form good, lifelong habits and therefore, live a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
His desire is to show people that you don't need to go to a commercial gym with a load of fancy machines, but in fact with the right programming, a few core pieces of equipment and a positive attitude, you can crush a great workout anywhere.

MORE ABOUT JAMIE
Jamie was a keen sportsman participating in a multitude of sports from football and rugby, to five years dedicating himself to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. It wasn't until his late teens, when introduced to weight training by a friend, that his love for fitness began to flourish.
His other passion is acting and after a successful ten years in the industry, he made the tough decision to move away from acting to qualify as a personal trainer and focus all his efforts on starting Limitless Training. His burning ambition is to help people of all levels and abilities understand that there are no limitations on what they can achieve.
When he's not training or working you'll find him at home with his family or furthering his knowledge in the field.
